With classes ranging from spin to rowing to kickboxing, Thrive Gym offers the old favorites as well as new and innovative classes based around sandbags, medicine balls, sledgehammers, and tires for workouts that never get boring.

*Small group classes can be scheduled from 6:30am to 9pm.
