Hey Members! Welcome to our first ever Thrive Gym Newsletter! We are excited to use this platform to better communicate and interact with our members! We will have a new newsletter come out every month! In our newsletter we will have: news, updates, current class schedules, healthy recipes, and much more!!!
Coronavirus Details
As you all know, we are closed until April 30th. We are working hard to improve the gym while you are gone! Stay home and stay healthy! As the weather gets nicer, get outside for a walk and some fresh air!
Until we are able to reopen we will be hosting Facebook Live workout classes for all of our members! The schedule below will stay the same! These live videos will be posted to our new private Facebook group following each class so you can watch and do these classes at any time!

Other News
We understand that things come up and people do need to put their memberships on hold, especially during these trying times with the COVID-19. We are working with our members to figure out what is the best option for them! Starting Now: We need written email confirmation when you want to put your membership on hold or to cancel your membership. We still need you to contact us 7 days in advance if you would like to cancel your membership. You can contact us at [email protected]
We are incorporating a Virtual Class system to the gym! Through Fitness On Demand we will be offering many different virtual classes throughout the day in our classroom starting June 1st!
IN THE MEANTIME… starting this week, all members will be getting an email inviting you to the mobile Fitness On Demand platform called ‘FLEX’. You will be able to access the library of On Demand classes from your phone, tablet, or computer!

Virtual Thrive Gym Membership
$15 a month virtual membership. You will have access to 500+ online Fitness On Demand classes! Workout from the comfort of your own home! This membership option is available immediately and will be available after we reopen! If you are interested please email us at [email protected]
First Responders Membership
First Responders, Nurses, Doctors, Police Officers, Fire Fighters, EMT’s: When we are able to reopen… we are offering you 25% off any membership for the duration of your membership with Thrive Gym! This offer will last 3 months! Just bring in proof of your employment position!

Healthy Snack – Peanut Butter Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups gluten free oats
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp milk
Directions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, stir in: oats, chocolate chips, coconut, chia, flax, and salt until combined. Stir in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. *mixture should be slightly crumbly. If it is too dry, gradually stir in milk*
- Roll mixture into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes
Serve and Enjoy!
