This year has been unlike any other year and as we embark on 2021 we can’t imagine our space without all of YOU! We enjoy providing a safe and clean space for members to grow both physically and mentally amid a global pandemic and we can’t wait to share more workout time with you in 2021. Although there have been challenges this year, we recognize and thank you for your undeniable support which has allowed us to make upgrades and additions to Thrive Gym to ensure the facility provides members with everything necessary to “Live In a Body That Feels Great”!

EXERCISE OF THE MONTH
Kettlebell Goblet Squat
Start squatting by pushing your heels into the ground while sitting your hips back into a 90 degree bend at the hips and knees. Keep the kettlebell at chest height and your chest up. Push through heels, fully extending the legs. Return to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions!

In a Strength Training class, members can expect to use a variety of different equipment, which will contribute to their workout where they will build strength, get lean and toned, and develop coordination and balance.
Tuesday
- 5:45am (30) HIIT with Kathy
- 9:00am (30) HIIT with Kathy
- 9:30am (30) HIIT with Kathy
- 6:00pm (45) Yoga + Meditation with Caitlin
HIIT classes involve high-intensity bursts of work with only short rest periods in between, so going to a HIIT class is an exercise in extreme energy expenditure.
Wednesday
- 5:45am (30) Spin & Sculpt with Kathy
- 9:00am (30) Spin & Sculpt with Kathy
The spin and sculpt class is one of the few fitness classes that covers two exercises that normally have their own classes. Combining weight training with intense bursts of cardio cycling to receive optimal results of an extreme HIIT class.

- Scroll through the classes and choose which one you would like to do
- We offer many different types of classes – expand the sections to see all classes that are available!
- Click on the class you would like to take
- Class details will pop up and you are able to read about the class and what equipment it requires
- Click on the play button in the middle of the screen and the class will start on the TV

Thrive Gym Kids Care Update
Unfortunately, due to the most recent proclamation from Governor Reynolds, we have suspended our kids care program until December 14th. We will be keeping our members updated through email and social media regarding Kids Care and all other COVID-19 proclamation details! Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Our Kids Care program promotes movement and wellness for even our littlest members. We can’t wait to share our class format with your children to ensure the whole family’s health is benefited by your visit to Thrive Gym. We added a child size smoothie to our menu so both you and your children can benefit from a post workout treat!
