Welcome to an exciting month of November before us at Thrive Gym! Thrive Kids Care is back and we look forward to welcoming all children aged 2-8yr. to Thrive’s wellness space. At Thrive Gym, we believe that the balance of fitness and wellness is a lifestyle and we hope to be a part of sharing healthy habits with even our littlest members to help set them up for a lifetime of the physical, mental and emotional benefits fitness provides. We continue to work hard to produce a safe and clean environment so your focus can remain on your individual wellness journey as we push closer to the new year. Message from the Owner

The month of November identifies as a time to show gratitude and I am extremely thankful to all of our members that have supported, and continue to support, Thrive Gym as a place of wellness and prevention throughout 2020. We have successfully managed to create an environment encompassing all fitness and pandemic comfort levels and are so excited to share our safe space with new members this fall.

Again, thank you for the respect you continue to show each other on the workout floor and to our staff at Thrive Gym.

Exercise of the Month

SUPERMAN: Strengthen lower back and tone glutes (can be completed with or without weights)

Lie face down on your stomach with arms and legs extended. Keep your neck in a neutral position.

Keeping your arms and legs straight (but not locked) and torso stationary, simultaneously lift your arms and legs up toward the ceiling to form an elongated “u” shape with your body — back arches and arms and legs lift several inches off the floor.

Hold for two to five seconds and lower back down to complete one.

Do three sets of 12

If adding weight: use one dumbbell behind the head

Thrive Kids Care is back and better than ever through a promotion of movement and wellness for even our littlest members. Going 24 hours – We love how much you enjoy Thrive Gym but unfortunately can not staff our business hours to monitor 24/7 access. We take pride in our space and want to maintain proper cleanliness and ensure our equipment stays in its home to accomodate all of your fitness needs upon arrival. We don’t want to take away from seeing you all crush your fitness goals and we thoroughly enjoy greeting each of you with a friendly smile and we hope you feel the same about seeing us!

Wifi in Sauna – Our WiFi does reach into the sauna! We have noticed that phones have trouble with the WiFi and working in general when in the Sauna at 180º+!

Ordered Fat Grips – We order 1 pair of fat grips for the barbells! Will be in soon!

Rolling Ab Machine or Swinging Ab Machine – We do have a Swinging Ab Machine next to our pulley system!!

Arrange Free Weights – We ordered numbers for the weight racks! Unfortunately they do not stick.. we are looking into other options!!

Glute Machine – We have added a lot of new equipment to the gym floor this year, we plan to discuss adding more/different equipment, including different glute machines, at the beginning of 2021!

New Music – We have been switching up our Pandora stations the last few weeks and will continue to do so! We hope those who wanted different music have noticed!
