2022 is almost here and we can’t imagine our space without all of YOU! We have enjoyed providing a safe and clean space for members to grow both physically and mentally in 2021 and look forward to offering exciting new things in 2022 . Although there have been challenges this year, we recognize and thank you for your undeniable support which has allowed us to expand Thrive Gym’s resources and to ensure the facility continues to provide members with everything necessary to “Live In a Body That Feels Great”!

Exercise of the Month:

Downward Dog Abs:

  • Start in Down Dog
  • Lift one leg into the air, this is your Down Dog split position (also known as three-legged Down Dog).
  • Next bring your knee under your torso. Pause then extend leg back to down dog split.
  • Do 5-15 reps on each side

Holiday Fitness Challenge:

This holiday season we want to give back to you while providing a space for you to work on the best version of yourself! For the first time we will be hosting an 8 week Transformation challenge starting 11/1/20 and ending 12/27/20! We encourage you to use this time to try something new, take a class, or just simply push outside of your comfort zone! Scroll through the classes and choose which one you would like to do

Click on the class you would like to take

Class details will pop up and you are able to read about the class and what equipment it requires

Click on the play button in the middle of the screen and the class will start on the TV downstairs) THANK YOU!

With new classes and limited equipment, we ask members to PLEASE reserve their spot for our classes ahead of time. This helps us ensure your spot and make adjustments to the classes if needed. When you signed up for Thrive Gym, you should have gotten a welcome email that explained how you can download this app with a temporary password! If you did not receive this email or can’t find it, just send us an email or stop by the front desk and we will email you a link to get all signed up or change your password for ZenPlanner!
