Exercise of the Month:

SANDBAG SQUAT

The sandbag overhead press is fantastic to build upper body strength including, shoulders, arms, upper back and chest, adding a squat makes this a total body exercise. Hold the bag by two handles (close or wide grip) and drive the bag overhead, place it down on the shoulders and complete the exercise with a weight sandbag squat. Drive the bag back up, overhead and recover with the bag at chest height. Repeat. Depending on the weight of your sandbag: 3 sets of 12 reps.

EMOM workouts can be individually challenging and focus on rapid fat-loss training, allowing you to keep using heavy loads for a higher volume to help maintain muscle mass and metabolism.

Holiday Fitness Challenge:

This holiday season we want to give back to you while providing a space for you to work on the best version of yourself! For the first time we will be hosting an 8 week Transformation challenge starting 11/1/20 and ending 12/27/20! We encourage you to use this time to try something new, take a class, or just simply push outside of your comfort zone! With new classes and limited equipment, we ask members to PLEASE reserve their spot for our classes ahead of time. This helps us ensure your spot and make adjustments to the classes if needed.
