Tyler was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia 1 year ago. LLS has helped Tyler & others pay for life saving medical treatments. Join all 3 instructors on this special spin event to help us raise money for LLS!
Entry fee $5/per person – All donations will go to LLS
*Costumes are encouraged but not required

SIDE OBLIQUE LEG CRUNCH
A Side Oblique Leg Crunch is an abdominal exercise that focuses primarily on the oblique muscles while also working your legs. This is an intermediate to advanced move that will engage the entire core with each raise.
Step 1: lay down on your side on a flat bench, floor, etc.
Step 2: squeeze and extend your legs into a straight line and elevate them off the floor (6-12in.) at the same time as you elevate the upper body (6-12in.)
Step 4: Add a yoga ball or medicine ball leg squeeze for more of a weighted challenge and to work those adductor muscles
Step 5: try to do 2-3 sets of 12 reps on each side or until those abdominal muscles fatigue

With new classes and limited equipment, we ask members to PLEASE reserve their spot for our classes ahead of time. This helps us ensure your spot and make adjustments to the classes if needed.
