Summer weather is coming, we promise, so plan on joining us for our June Monthly Challenge: Highest Gym Attendance! There are various ways to participate in this month’s challenge: check in with our front desk for your workout, check into a group exercise class, meet with your Thrive Gym trainer or check in and head out for an outdoor workout.

One year later... I want to thank you all for your support through this past year during the global pandemic. Smoothie of the Month: Coconut Craze
Exercise of the Month June: Superman
Lie face down on a mat, with your legs straight and your arms outstretched in front of you. Raise both your arms and legs at the same time so that they are 6-12in. off the floor, forming a bowl shape with your body. Hold this position for a few seconds (imagine you’re flying at this stage, it will help the time pass), then lower back to the starting position. You should feel your lower back, glutes and hamstrings working in the hold position. Repeat 3 sets of 10 reps.

NineFifteen Class: Uses lateral movement and vertical jumps for cardiovascular work. Utilizing the medicine ball, kettlebells, and free weights etc periodically to tone and build muscle. Using the individual’s body weight mostly.

- Click on the play button in the middle of the screen and the class will start on the TV
