Message from the Owner
Fall is just around the corner and amongst the uncertainties surrounding us right now, I want to reassure you all that Thrive Gym is here for YOU! Our doors are open, sanitary and we are now, more than ever, focused on providing you with an overall safe wellness experience to optimize your health benefits. We are adding additional LIVE Group Exercise classes to guarantee smaller class sizes in order to properly social distance the workout space and to accommodate member’s various schedules.
I want to take a moment to thank you all for your incredible gym etiquette throughout this pandemic, it is because of your mutual respect for each other and Thrive Gym that our doors have remained open and we continue to be your healthy home away from home. Exercise of the Month – Ab Roller
The Ab Roller helps to build strong core muscles, lats, and triceps. The exercise can be performed on the knees or, for a greater challenge, the toes. Place one hand on each of the handles and slowly roll the wheel away from the knees/feet to a full body extension position (similar to a push up) and return reverse the wheel back towards the body in the same form to complete the exercise. Remember to keep the core muscles of abs and back strong and tight for best results.

Kids Care Update
Due to COVID19 we have been advised to suspend Thrive child care services until further notice. We are just as eager to get back to “normal” as all of you are and we’re confident in our art of creating a safe adolescent and adult wellness environment which is where our focus will remain for the foreseeable future. Thank you all for understanding, as we are working hard to phase all amenities back in as safely and efficiently as possible!

Orange Sauna Towels
Have you seen our new orange towels?? We got them for all of YOU to use in the sauna!! Please put them in the laundry basket right outside of the sauna when you’re done! Thank you!

Keep your eye out for a Thrive Gym apparel order coming soon! We will be emailing all of our members with more information!! There will be a wide variety of options available ranging from men’s & women’s shorts, sweatshirts, t-shirts, tank tops, leggings, hats, and much more!!
New Equipment
We are continuing to add new equipment to the gym floor! Keep your eye out for the new items and try them out next time you’re in the gym!
Our latest piece of equipment is an Olympic Squat Rack! We had several members ask for this in specific, and we found one!
