Boxing is back and we are reviewing additional suggestions for the large group exercise room use.  We love being able to provide all of your “favorites” when it comes to being a full-service wellness center but we also enjoy introducing new things into the facility to shake things up a little bit.  Please bring new ideas and suggestions to the attention of our friendly staff as we love hearing from our Members!

Fall is proof that CHANGE can be BEAUTIFUL and we are changing up the way we do fitness at Thrive Gym. We are adding new equipment, new classes and new personal trainers to our team so you have access to the tools necessary to update your fitness routines. We take pride in offering a clean, organized and inviting wellness facility to members of all fitness levels and want to use this platform to thank all current members for being so welcoming to some BEAUTIFUL new faces you’re seeing around the gym.

Smoothie of the Month:

Thrive Kids Care is back and better than ever through a promotion of movement and wellness for even our littlest members! We can’t wait to share our class format with your children to ensure the whole family’s health is benefited by your visit to Thrive Gym. Not to mention we have a child size smoothie on our menu so both you and your children can benefit from a post workout treat!

Exercise of the Month:

 Rocky Sit-Up High Legs:

Step 1: Lay down on a flat bench, floor, etc.

Step 2: Make your legs into a straight line and elevate them to where the lower back is firmly pressed into the floor/bench/mat. 

Step 4: Pull one knee into the opposite shoulder-leaving elbows back and open, hands supporting head and neck. Step 5: Alternating right and left legs for 2-3 sets of 12 reps
